Back-to-School Transition Week is designed to help GFDA families move into September with confidence, calm, and clear communication. September can be a big adjustment for children. Some children are returning to familiar routines, while others may be starting a new program, transitioning into school, or joining before and after school care. This transition week gives families helpful reminders and supports children as they settle into the rhythm of the new school year.
